Over the next few days I’d like to feature some great organizations and charities I’m seeing online! The first is Mom It Forward…
I’ve been following MIF since it’s conception. I’ve watched it grow and I’ve seen it help and touch people I know. They’ve helped moms both online and off, personally and in business situations. Now, MIF is rallying to help Moms in Kenya!
The Mom It Forward Mission
The Mom It Forward mission is: “to change the world one mom at a time.” We will achieve that by 1) strengthening women, 2) helping them become the best moms and/or influencers they can be, and 3) providing ideas, opportunities to, and recognition for carrying out the Mom It Forward mission in small and large ways, locally as well as internationally, in their communities and beyond.
MIF encourages every woman to ask what she can do to help another. Whether it be giving money, or lending a hand! For me, it’s helping other moms set up their websites, editing graphics for them, or offering advice. It costs me nothing more than a little of my time, and I do it because I know without others helping me, I wouldn’t be where I am today.
If you’d like to see my review of Basa Body products produced from the coconut oil these ladies are making, or if you’d like to purchase some to support them, go here.
Or, if you have a dollar or two you can spare, I’d be tickled if you would send it to help Moms in Kenya!
