My son has been playing with this since he was about 6 months old. He’s almost 2 now and still loves playing with his very own laptop. He’s finally old enough to slide the selector on the side and chose between Music, Exploring, and Home.
The buttons on this toy are big, and easy for even tiny hands to push. The songs are upbeat and cheerful, and my son loves them! I’m pretty sure the Music is his favorite part of the toy.
Second favorite feature for lil man would be the lights. Push a button and you’ll see a light display! If you’re listening to a song, the lights flash along with the music. If you’re exploring: the light, that corresponds with the button you press, lights up.
There are two settings on the volume control, but to me, even the lower setting is too loud. It’s the only drawback. But, then again, I’m very easily annoyed by noise-toys so it’s probably just me. 
This would make a perfect Christmas gift for any toddler on your list!
